2020 CENSUS YOUTH AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

The 2020 Census counts everyone who lives in the United States, every 10 years. Responses to the 2020 Census shape how more than $675 billion in federal funding is distributed annually to local communities. It also determines how many seats Colorado gets in Congress and provides data for redrawing legislative districts.

Responding to the 2020 Census shapes our community's future, and Muslim Youth for Positive Impact has recruited MYPI 2020 Census youth ambassadors to help ensure a complete and accurate count in Colorado's Muslim community. Thanks to the support of Together We Count and Faith in Public Life we were awarded funds to make this possible!
